Home-Services Terms & Conditions for Bring The Action Sports

These Home-Service Lessons Terms & Conditions govern all lessons conducted at private residences, parks, or other approved locations under the operation of Bring The Action Sports L.L.C-FZ. By booking a home-service lesson, the client expressly agrees to comply with these terms, which define location suitability requirements, client responsibilities, instructor authority, and safety conditions. All bookings, payments, cancellations, and liability matters related to home-service lessons remain subject to the legally binding provisions outlined in the Terms & Conditions of Bring The Action Sports.

1. Lesson Location Requirements

1.1 Location Confirmation:

• The exact lesson location must be confirmed at the time of booking through Bring The Action Sports' official contact channels.

• Clients must discuss and finalize the location in advance via phone, email, or other designated communication methods.

• Bring The Action Sports reserves the absolute right to cancel the lesson or require a location change if, upon assessment, the site is determined to be unsafe or unsuitable.

1.2 Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for ensuring the lesson location meets the following safety and accessibility requirements:

• Any necessary permissions to use third-party locations (such as public parks or private property) must be obtained in advance.

• The training area must be free from hazards, including but not limited to:

  • Traffic risks: Roads, moving vehicles, and active traffic areas.

  • Construction hazards: Areas under maintenance, active construction sites, or locations with ongoing work.

  • Unsafe surfaces: Wet, slippery, uneven, unstable, or hazardous terrain.

  • Obstacles: Sharp objects, debris, or any obstruction posing a danger.

• The client must ensure the location is well-lit if the lesson is scheduled for the evening.

2. Instructor Authority & Cancellations

2.1 Location Suitability & Safety Decisions:

• Upon arrival, the instructor has full authority to assess the safety of the location.

• If the instructor determines that the location is hazardous or unsuitable, the lesson will be immediately canceled without refund or may be rescheduled at Bring The Action Sports' discretion.

2.2 No-Show & Inaccessibility Policy:

• If the instructor arrives at the agreed location and the client is not present or the location is inaccessible, the lesson will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

2.3 Weather & Safety-Related Cancellations:

• If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by Bring The Action Sports (e.g., heavy rain, strong winds, extreme heat, or sandstorms), the lesson may be canceled or rescheduled at the company's discretion.

3. Liability & Waiver

• Clients acknowledge that extreme sports involve inherent risks. Bring The Action Sports bears no liability for injuries, accidents, property damage, or losses occurring during the lesson.

• All participants must wear appropriate safety gear as instructed by the coach.

• Signing a Liability Waiver and Release Agreement is mandatory before participation. Failure to submit a signed waiver before the lesson will result in cancellation without refund.

4. Compliance With General Terms

• All bookings, payments, refund policies, and participant requirements are governed by Terms & Conditions of Bring The Action Sports, which remain fully applicable to home-service lessons.

• Any disputes arising from home-service lessons shall be handled per the governing law and dispute resolution policies outlined in the General Terms & Conditions.

Final Acknowledgment

By booking a home-service lesson with Bring The Action Sports, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Home-Service Lessons Terms & Conditions, in addition to the Terms & Conditions of Bring The Action Sports. If the client does not agree to these terms, they must not proceed with the booking.
