Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Bring The Action Sports L.L.C-FZ ("BTAS", "we") collects, why, who we share it with, and your rights. It applies to our website, booking page, WhatsApp chats and lessons.

1. What we collect

1.1 About the person who books: name, mobile number, email, and the local number the coach can call.

1.2 About participants (children): first names given at booking; from the waiver, full name and date of birth; medical conditions or allergies you tell us; attendance and short coach feedback after each lesson.

1.3 About the lesson: lesson type, date and time, the lesson location and its Google Maps link, and building details you send us.

1.4 Messages: your WhatsApp messages to us and the buttons you press, and the interests you tell our WhatsApp assistant (for example the activity or the child's age).

1.5 Sickness documents you send for a sickness reschedule. These are health information about a child; we use them only to confirm the reschedule.

1.6 Photos and videos of participants, only with media consent (Terms, section 12).

1.7 Payments: amount, date, what was paid for and the receipt. We do not receive or store card numbers.

1.8 Website and ads data: pages visited, device and browser, IP address, and cookies or similar technology (section 4).

2. Why we use it

2.1 To book, run and reschedule lessons, reach you on the lesson day, and keep the lesson record.

2.2 For safety: the waiver, health information you give us, and the location check.

2.3 To send the WhatsApp messages described in our Terms (section 13), and offers if you have not stopped them.

2.4 To answer your questions, handle payments and keep accounting records.

2.5 With media consent, to share lesson photos and videos.

2.6 To measure and improve our website and adverts.

3. Who we share it with

3.1 We share data only with service providers that help us run BTAS, and only what each one needs: our online booking system, our payment provider, our waiver service, our WhatsApp messaging provider, our database and automation services, and advertising and analytics providers (Meta and Google).

3.2 Our coaches see the details they need for a lesson: names, location, contact number, waiver status and health notes.

3.3 We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

3.4 We do not sell personal data.

3.5 Some of these providers store and process data outside the UAE. We use only well-known providers that protect personal data under their own data-protection terms, and we share only what each one needs.

4. Cookies, Meta and Google

4.1 Our website and booking pages use the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to count visits and to measure our adverts.

4.2 When you pay, we may send Meta the purchase (value, currency, time) together with details that let Meta match it to an advert, such as your email and phone number in scrambled ("hashed") form. Meta uses this to tell us which adverts lead to bookings.

4.3 When you first visit our website, a cookie banner lets you accept or refuse cookies that are not needed for the site to work. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser and manage ad settings in your Meta and Google accounts.

5. Children's data

5.1 Data about children is given to us by their parent or guardian, who agrees to this policy for them.

5.2 We collect only what we need to teach safely, and we never use photos or videos of a child for our media without media consent (Terms, section 12).

6. How long we keep it

6.1 Booking and lesson records: while you book with us and for 3 years after the last lesson.

6.2 Signed waivers, payment and accounting records: for 5 years after the last lesson, or longer if the law requires it.

6.3 Sickness documents: deleted 90 days after the reschedule is confirmed.

6.4 Photos and videos: until you withdraw media consent, as described in our Terms (section 12.4).

7. Your rights

7.1 You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it by law. Send your request by WhatsApp or email; we answer within 30 days.

7.2 You can stop offers at any time by replying STOP. You can withdraw media consent at any time.

8. Security

8.1 We protect data with access controls and trusted providers. No system is fully secure; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you as the law requires.

9. Law and changes

9.1 We handle personal data under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

9.2 We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
