These Package Terms apply when you buy a lesson package from Bring The Action Sports L.L.C-FZ ("BTAS", "we"). They are part of our Terms & Conditions. By buying a package you accept them.

1. What a package is

1.1 A package gives a set number of lessons of one lesson type at a lower price per lesson than single lessons.

1.2 Some packages are for one child and some include a 2nd or a 2nd and 3rd child of the same family. What a package includes is stated in its package description at checkout.

1.3 Prices are in US dollars (USD); the AED amount is shown for guidance only. Current prices are on our Our Prices page.

2. How long a package is valid

2.1 A package is valid for the period stated in its package description, counted from the date of purchase.

2.2 Lessons not used within that period end with the package. They are not extended, refunded or moved to another package.

2.3 If lessons are left, we may remind you on WhatsApp before your package ends.

3. Booking your lessons

3.1 Buying a package does not reserve a date, time or coach.

3.2 After payment you receive an email with your package code. Book each lesson with that code (the "Schedule" button in the email applies it for you).

3.3 A lesson is booked only when you receive our booking confirmation. Lessons are subject to availability.

4. Rescheduling and cancellations

4.1 The rescheduling rules of our Terms & Conditions (section 4) apply to every package lesson, including the 30-day limit for a new date, even when the package ends earlier.

4.2 If BTAS cancels or moves a package lesson, the lesson goes back to your package or is moved to a new date free of charge.

4.3 A lesson that counts as taken (Terms & Conditions, section 4.7) is used and does not go back to the package.

5. Children and waivers

5.1 A package is for the child or children it was bought for. Each child needs a signed BTAS waiver before the first lesson.

5.2 Another child of the same family can use the package after a waiver has been signed for that child.

5.3 In a package for 2 or 3 children, the extra children are included; nothing extra is paid at booking.

6. Payments and refunds

6.1 Package payments are not refundable, as set out in our Terms & Conditions (section 5).

6.2 A package has no cash value and cannot be sold or given to another family without our written consent.
