Bring The Action Sports - Package Purchase & Package Code Redemption Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, issuance, redemption, validity, scheduling rules, and restrictions of all lesson packages and any associated package codes, voucher codes, coupon codes, or certificate codes used to redeem package sessions (collectively referred to as “Package Codes”) issued by Bring The Action Sports L.L.C – FZ (“BTAS”).

By purchasing a package and/or using any Package Code, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. These terms are enforceable under UAE law and are subject to BTAS’s general Terms & Conditions, operational policies, safety rules, and waiver requirements.

1. Definitions

1.1 “Package” means a multi-session product purchased through BTAS that provides eligibility to book a set number of lessons.
1.2 “Package Code” means any code or redemption method issued by BTAS that enables booking of package sessions.
1.3 “Booking Confirmation” means the confirmation generated by BTAS’s scheduling system after a booking is successfully completed.

2. Scope and Applicability

2.1 These Terms apply to all packages and Package Codes issued by BTAS, regardless of type, value, activity, location, or distribution method.
2.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, packages and Package Codes are valid only through BTAS’s official platform: www.bringtheactionsport.com.
2.3 Packages and Package Codes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, except where required by applicable UAE law.

3. Critical Scheduling Acknowledgement (No Slot Secured by Purchase)

3.1 You expressly acknowledge and agree that purchasing a package and/or receiving or using a Package Code does not reserve, hold, secure, or guarantee any specific date, time, coach, or booking slot.
3.2 No session is secured by package purchase alone. A lesson becomes confirmed only when you successfully book an available slot on the live schedule and receive a Booking Confirmation.
3.3 All availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and may change at any time due to existing bookings, operational capacity, scheduling rules, coach availability, weather, venue policies, or system updates.
3.4 You are solely responsible for checking available slots before purchasing and redeeming your Package Code. Availability can be checked and booked via:

4. Redemption and Usage Rules

4.1 Package Codes must be used exactly as instructed and entered during checkout / booking flow prior to completion. Package Codes cannot be applied retroactively.
4.2 Package sessions are redeemable only for eligible services as stated on the package description.
4.3 BTAS may require verification of customer identity and/or participant details prior to redemption to prevent misuse or fraud.
4.4 Any attempt to manipulate the booking system, bypass rules, or misuse Package Codes may result in cancellation of bookings and/or deactivation of the Package Code at BTAS’s sole discretion.

5. Validity, Expiry, and Forfeiture

5.1 Packages and Package Codes may have an expiry period stated in the product description or package communications. If an expiry applies, any unused sessions after expiry may be forfeited.
5.2 BTAS is not responsible for unused sessions due to customer scheduling preferences, inability to find a preferred slot, late booking attempts, missed bookings, or failure to review availability in advance.

6. Non-Transferability, No Cash Value, and Resale Prohibition

6.1 Packages and Package Codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any alternative form of payment.
6.2 Packages and Package Codes may not be transferred, sold, resold, assigned, or shared without BTAS’s prior written consent.
6.3 BTAS may limit redemption per customer, household, phone number, email, or participant at its discretion.

7. No Refunds, No Rescheduling, and Missed Sessions

7.1 All bookings made using a package and/or Package Code are subject to BTAS’s strict no refund and no rescheduling policy.
7.2 If a customer cancels, fails to attend, arrives excessively late, or cannot participate for any reason, the session may be considered used and forfeited, and no replacement, credit, refund, or extension will be provided (except where required by applicable UAE law).
7.3 Promo components included in packages (if any) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

8. BTAS Operational Changes and Cancellations

8.1 BTAS reserves the right to modify scheduling capacity, instructors, venues, session structure, and operational logistics.
8.2 If BTAS cancels a session for operational reasons (e.g., weather, venue restrictions, safety concerns, coach unavailability), BTAS may offer an alternative date/time at its discretion. No compensation is owed beyond what is required by applicable UAE law.

9. Safety, Conduct, and Waiver Requirement

9.1 Participation requires compliance with BTAS safety rules and instructor guidance.
9.2 A signed waiver of liability is mandatory prior to participation in any BTAS activity.
9.3 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UAE law, BTAS is not responsible for injury, accident, personal loss, or property damage arising from participation, whether or not a package or Package Code was used.

10. Modification, Suspension, and Termination

10.1 BTAS reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or terminate any package, Package Code, and/or these Terms at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by applicable UAE law.
10.2 BTAS is not obligated to provide replacement codes, refunds, or alternative benefits if a Package Code is rejected, suspended, or withdrawn due to misuse, fraud, system errors, or policy violations.

11. Dispute Resolution and Final Authority

11.1 In the event of any dispute regarding package purchase, Package Code use, booking availability, or interpretation of these Terms, BTAS reserves the right to make the final and binding decision, to the extent permitted by applicable UAE law.

12. Legal Jurisdiction

12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
12.2 BTAS reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice.

By purchasing a package and/or using a Package Code issued by Bring The Action Sports, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Package Purchase & Package Code Redemption Terms & Conditions, as well as BTAS’s general Terms & Conditions and policies. If you do not accept these terms, you must refrain from purchasing and/or using the package and Package Code.
